Teru Teru Bozu

「晴れよ!」と念ずる祈祷師だってよ
Translated: 放晴吧!它在拼命地念着
This has to be the weirdest face on a teru teru bozu that I've ever seen.
Oh, and it's really big, like life-size.
Haha, one of my favorites parts from Tamayura Hitotose.
Anyways, 放晴吧!Or at least when I want to go out.

Fallen Stars

New creations!
Stepping aside from my usual cutesy style, I decided to try something more generic. However, I so much more prefer to make something cute over these boring looking things. They are named 'Midnight Stars' and 'Winter's Night' respectively. I really need to come out with better names and descriptions. I'm so lost for words when trying to describe them on etsy. I'm still contemplating if I should make a summer edition of orange and blue or if I should just move on. And I finally re-took photos for my set of totoro earrings too! They look sooooo much better and more appealing now. Hope this would help to boast sales! >_<

One Piece Ice Cubes

More One Piece goods!
This time round, you can have luffy or chopper ice cubes in your drink.
The silicon tray is also good for baking cakes and making jelly.
Pretty tempting, but I wished they came out with the sulky-faced sanji and zoro instead.
They're churning merchandise out at such a speed that I don't know whether to be happy or sad.

Wireless City

Pretty neat piece.
It's a mix of traditional techniques and CG.
How many percent CG I can't say for sure.
The puppets, parts of some sets and props are definitely clay.
The sets and props are made by Codsteaks.
Would be good if I can get such a job =D

Rebirth. Reborn. Return.

Oh man! This is so nice! すげーガッコイイ!
Where's the remaining crew though?
I foresee another hole in my pocket...sobz
I once had the idea of making a One Piece chess set, but of course in chibi form.
It's so cool to see it being produced officially!

Blue, blue, blue

Valentine's Day is approaching! Guess it doesn't really matter to those without their other half. I don't really care either. Living in SG has reduced my passion for celebrating occasions. I used to be so excited. Now I totally don't give a damn.
SG culture is neither here nor there, resulting in not having any occasion that is super super important. The western side have their Thanksgiving and Christmas. China has a really long Chinese New Year. What about us? CNY is reduced to 2 days. Christmas doesn't really mean much to us other than being another public holiday on the calendar. Other occasions like Deepavali, Vesak Day, Hari Raya only applies to a small percentage of the population. Even when you really want to celebrate, once you go out there, the lack of a holiday aura totally spoils the mood. Eg. the flood of blangas.
I'm so envious of the holiday mood in Japan! Like their Oshougatsu, Valentine's, even Christmas! It's just so much more fun when everyone celebrates it together!
