FYI, it's a campaign to celebrate the 200th million copy of One Piece manga in print. So in the month of Feb, One Piece will hijack all magazines printed by Shueisha, that includes women's magazines, and even 'Weekly Playboy', lol. And ads of the campaign is all over the subways in Japan. If only I could be there to see it.

Last year Luffy also appeared on men's non-no in celebration of One Piece's 10th anniversary, making a record of being the first anime character to be featured on the cover of men's non-no. If you haven't read One Piece before, I strongly recommend it! There's a reason why it's top on the sales charts.

真夏ノ雪虫

Whee~ I finally got around to making cases for my figure collection. Spent $5 on raw materials for the display cases, which otherwise would have cost $20-$30 out there. Spent about half a day to make them. At long last I did something productive instead of lying around the house getting flappy, fat and lazy. I'm getting tired of my holiday already. Time to get down to kneading some sculpey.

Lamento One Coin Figure set which i had for a long long time but refused to take out for fear of damage. And dust is a pain to get rid of in those tiny little crevices. Now i'm happy =3

Blink

The speed of the japanese community leaves me speechless. A figure that I had my eye on, "Portgas D Ace Strong Edition" from one piece, was sold out within seconds not just in one place, but the whole of Japan. The same happened with Mr Children concert tickets. I, of course, don't stand a chance against the mob. That totally makes me sian to the max.
